TASTING DINNER, MONTAGE HEALDSBURG

This tasting dinner will forever be a favorite event of ours, hosted by the Montage Healdsburg. Our longtime creative partners at Hensley Event Resources brought to life a vision for an outdoor tasting room, with a magnificent custom structure, chef counters, and floor to ceiling installation of a Michelin Star restaurant in the middle of the Oak Knoll at the Montage Healdsburg. Together with Blake Sams, we conceptualized an open kitchen design within a custom pergola where guests were seated at counters that looked into the show kitchen. Guests enjoyed every bite of the seven course meal served overlooking the bustling kitchen, with panoramic views of the property’s Oak trees during sunset. Corn cappelletti, spot prawn and squab and chanterelles were some of our favorite dishes - but each one was equally divine. Yonder Design created a unique menu that featured each plate on a separate card that, when revealed, stood upright in an architecturally designed personal folio. It was a dream come true.
