Kelsey and Daniel are two incredibly smart, hardworking physicians who spend each day saving lives. The wedding they envisioned for themselves was a beautiful escape from the pressures of their important careers - a relaxing, immersive wedding weekend in serene Big Sur, California. The couple invited 130 guests to Ventana Resort for three days of yoga, hiking, dinners, and of course, their Sunday wedding.
Following the ceremony, guests dined under the stars while taking in the views Big Sur is famous for. Elan Artist’s band Gen 8 performed alongside Synchronicity Strings at dinner for a magical musical experience that fit the setting. Our groom Dan comes from a family of accomplished ballroom dancers, so it was no surprise the couple’s first dance brought down the house. The dance floor buzzed with energy until the last song. Kelsey and Dan then cut their elegantly minimal wedding cake by Jasmine Rae Cakes, before inviting guests inside for a late night afterparty with Elan Artist’s DJ Lady Sinclair.
